1. About us
Kew Cloud Flowers is run by Liliia Sultanova, a sole trader, and is registered with Richmond Council as a food business under the name Kew Marshmallow Flowers. Contact: nkabanoff@gmail.com, 16 Sandstone, 5 Kent Road, Richmond, TW9 3JJ.

2. Orders
After you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. If we can't make your order (for example, if a flavour is unavailable), we'll contact you to offer another flavour or a full refund.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (£). Payment is taken securely at checkout. We never see or store your card details.

4. Delivery
See our Shipping policy. Order before 1pm for delivery the next day; orders after 1pm are delivered the day after tomorrow.

5. Ingredients and allergens
Ingredients: sugar, fruit puree, egg whites, agar agar, pectin, natural food colourings.
Contains: EGG.
May contain traces of: MILK, GLUTEN (wheat flour) and NUTS (tree nuts), which are also used in our kitchen. We do not use peanuts.
If you have an allergy, please contact us before ordering.

6. Storage and freshness
Best enjoyed within 4-5 days of delivery. After that the flowers become firmer but are still safe to eat. At room temperature, keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. They keep longer in the fridge.

7. Photos
Our products are handmade, so they will vary slightly from the photos.

8. Cancellations and refunds

9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price of your order.

10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
